    1. Phone Number: When you register a Hiwa account using your phone number, we collect your phone number to create the account, verify your identity, secure the account, and send you important service notifications.

    2. Social Media Account Information: You may choose to log in via associated third-party social platforms (such as Apple ID, Google, Facebook, etc.). We will obtain information authorized by you from these platforms (such as nickname, profile picture, user ID, etc.) to quickly create and link your Hiwa account.

  2. Profile Completion and Social Functions

  1. Profile Picture, Nickname, Gender, Date of Birth: You may choose to provide this information to help other users get to know you better and assist the system in recommending more relevant content and users to you.

  • Product Operation and Security Assurance

    1. Device and Log Information: To ensure the secure and stable operation of services, troubleshoot anomalies, optimize product experience, and meet legal and regulatory requirements, we collect information about the device you use (such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, network information, device configuration, etc.) and network log information (such as IP address, access date and time, service usage records, etc.).

    2. Transaction and Purchase Records: If you make purchases within the app (e.g., virtual currency, subscription services, etc.), we will record relevant order, payment, and purchase information (processed through official channels like Apple/Google payment systems) to complete transactions and enable querying and management.

    3. Customer Service and Communication: When you contact us, we may retain records of your communication, contact details, and issue specifics to assist in problem resolution and service improvement.

  • Please note: Clipboard content we collect is used solely to implement related functions when you perform sharing or specific actions (such as recognizing shared links). We do not read clipboard content unnecessarily, nor do we use it for other purposes or share it with third parties.

    1. Access and Correction: You can access and modify your profile information such as profile picture, nickname, and gender through the "Me" -> "Edit Profile" page within the app.

    2. Account Deletion: You can log into our app, find and click "Mine" at the bottom. In the top left corner of "Mine", there is a "More" icon. Clicking it will bring up a side panel. At the bottom of the side panel, find "Settings", click to enter, and select the "Delete Account" option. You will receive a prompt about whether to delete the account, and you can click to proceed. If you successfully delete your account, our system will retain your data for 30 days. During these 30 days, if you log in again, the deletion process will be automatically canceled; if there is no login within 30 days, we will erase all your data and activity traces from our system.

    3. Changing Authorization Scope: You can, at any time, revoke Hiwa's authorization for device permissions such as camera, photo album, microphone, notifications, etc., through your device's system settings. After revoking, we will no longer continue to collect and use the corresponding information, but this may cause related features to become unavailable.

    4. Responding to Your Requests: For reasonable requests regarding access, correction, deletion, account deletion, etc., we will respond within the timeframe stipulated by law (typically 30 days). For repetitive requests, those requiring excessive technical means, posing risks to others' legitimate rights and interests, or being impractical, we may refuse them.

    V. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

    Our services are primarily intended for adults. We prohibit users under the age of 16 (or the higher age stipulated by your jurisdiction) from registering accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

    If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete such data as soon as possible.
